Implants placed in the jaw bones are spaced apart and connected by titanium frameworks that porcelain teeth are affixed to.
They do not rest on the gum tissue; they appear most lifelike, provide facial support and are definitively screwed into place.
These porcelain bridges are removable to periodically clean underneath them.
They require multiple implants to be placed – 8 on the upper and 6 on the lower – are the most costly, but most life-like dental prosthetic option.
These can be completed with digital technology by CEREC.
